Advising commercial renewable energy projects on environmental and permitting compliance, litigation risk analysis and negotiating power purchase agreements

Advising on UST closures; soil contamination and remediation; maintenance and monitoring requirements

Advising on Clean Water Act and State Dept. of Health compliance and permitting including NPDES, WOTUS, and stormwater compliance; shoreline development consultation.
